Price Your Product Right.
- Make a list of all costs.
- Check for the price of similar products on the market.
- Add to the total cost a realistic profit.
- Raw Materials
- Manufacturing Supplies
- Transport and Logistics
- Customs, Taxes, and Royalties
Here Is an Example of How to Calculate the Price:
Cost of Materials: $80.00
+ Cost of Labor: $20.00
+ Overhead: $30.00
= Total Cost: $130.00
+ Desired Profit (20% on Sales): $26.00
= Required Sale Price: $156.00
